Hiring for Technical Support Executive – Chat Process

Location: Perungudi, Chennai

Experience: 2–3 Years

Employment: Full time

We are looking for a Technical Support Executive to assist customers through live chat, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide accurate solutions while ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer technical queries through live chat professionally and promptly.

Understand issues, identify root causes, and provide step-by-step troubleshooting.

Assist with product/service-related technical issues.

Follow SOPs, troubleshooting procedures, and scripts.

Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the relevant technical team.

Maintain accurate interaction and resolution records.

Follow up on pending/escalated issues when required.

Maintain proper chat etiquette and skilled communication.

Handle multiple chats and meet AHT, FCR, CSAT, Quality, Productivity,



and Response Time targets.

Requirements

2–3 years of experience in Chat Support; Technical/Customer/IT Support experience preferred.

Good written English communication skills.

Basic knowledge of computers, operating systems, internet, and technical troubleshooting.

Typing speed of around 30 WPM with valuable accuracy.

Ability to multitask and handle multiple chats.

Valuable problem-solving, patience, and customer-handling skills.

Willingness to work rotational shifts, if required.

Morning Shift (6.00 AM - 3.00 PM ) Cab facility Available
6 days working with 1 fixed weekly off.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
