Supervise and monitor civil construction works at the site.
Ensure construction is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and applicable rules.
Check measurements, quantities, materials, and quality of work.
Coordinate with clients, contractors, architects, and consultants.
Conduct site inspections and monitor the progress of work.
Handle K-SMART related applications and processes, including building permit, completion, occupancy, regularization, and other municipal-related submissions.
Coordinate with Municipality/Corporation officials regarding K-SMART applications and approvals.
Follow up on application status and resolve queries/requirements raised through K-SMART.
Knowledge of Kerala building rules and municipal approval procedures will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
