We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable & Collections Executive to manage outstanding receivables, coordinate with customers for payment collection, maintain debtor records, and ensure timely recovery of dues. The ideal candidate should possess robust communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills while maintaining healthy customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor customer outstanding balances and ageing reports.
Follow up with debtors/customers through calls, emails, and WhatsApp for payment collection.
Ensure timely collection of receivables as per agreed credit terms.
Coordinate with sales and accounts teams regarding pending payments and disputes.
Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing discrepancies.
Maintain accurate records of collection activities and customer communications.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly receivables and collection reports.
Escalate long-pending or critical accounts to management.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers while ensuring payment discipline.
Support management in reducing overdue outstanding and improving cash flow.
