Looking for an experienced Civil Engineer with expertise in Quantity Surveying to train students and working specialists in physical classroom batches. You will lead practical, industry-oriented modules covering estimation, costing, billing, and tendering.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct interactive offline classes for Quantity Surveying and Estimation modules.
Teach estimation software (AutoCAD, MS Excel, PlanSwift/Revit Quantity Takeoff) and manual takeoff methods.
Train students in Rate Analysis, Bar Bending Schedules (BBS), Bill of Quantities (BOQ) preparation, and Contract/Tendering procedures.
Guide students through real-world commercial and residential project drawings.
Requirements
Education: B.Tech or M.Tech in Civil Engineering.
Experience: Minimum 4 years of hands-on industry experience in Quantity Surveying / Cost Estimation.
Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel (advanced formulas for BOQ), and standard estimation tools.
Robust communication skills in Malayalam and English, with a passion for teaching and mentoring.
