Job Summary

Responsible for ensuring compliance with SEBI regulations, circulars, guidelines, and stock

exchange requirements, including NSE/BSE. The role will involve regulatory monitoring, filings,

compliance tracking, documentation, and audit support.

Key Responsibilities

 Monitor and ensure compliance with SEBI, NSE, BSE, and other applicable regulatory requirements.

 Track regulatory circulars/updates and coordinate implementation of changes.

 Prepare and submit regulatory returns, reports, and exchange filings within prescribed timelines.

 Maintain compliance records, registers, checklists, and regulatory documentation.

 Conduct compliance checks and identify/report exceptions or gaps.

 Coordinate with internal teams and exchanges on compliance-related matters.

 Support SEBI, exchange, internal, and statutory audits/inspections.

 Track audit observations and assist in corrective and closure actions.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
