As a Technology Architect, your day involves designing and delivering comprehensive technology architectures tailored for platforms, products, or client engagements. You focus on defining solutions that address critical aspects such as performance, capability, and scalability. Your role requires a strategic approach to ensure that the technology framework supports current and future business needs, collaborating with various stakeholders to align architectural designs with organizational goals and project requirements.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.




Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure architectural consistency and integration across projects.
Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements to enhance system performance and scalability.
Document architectural decisions and maintain comprehensive records to support knowledge sharing and future reference.

Qualified & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM).
Strong knowledge of IT service management processes and best practices.
Experience in designing scalable and high-performance technology solutions within enterprise environments.
Ability to analyze complex technical requirements and translate them into effective architectural designs.
Familiarity with platform integration techniques and tools to ensure seamless interoperability.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering practical and creative solutions.

Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM).
This position is based at our HDC3C - SEZ location.
A 15 years full time education is required.
