You'll be the eyes of the brand. You shoot it, you cut it, you make Lakeview look like the most alive place in the city. This is a hands-on, do-it-all creative role.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
— Shoot photo and video – In the parlour and around the city — our ice cream, our regulars, our room, the details.
— Edit your own work – Reels, short-form video, stills, the occasional campaign piece.
— Shape the visual language – Help execute a distinct, bold, characterful look with a robust point of view. (Don't worry — this is already in place.)
— Steady content rhythm – Turn around a few solid pieces a week — not a content factory. — Capture the real stuff – A regular who's been coming for 40 years, the first-timer's reaction,
the staff who run the place.
— Bring ideas – Not just execution — we want someone who sees a shot we didn't.
(The content calendar will be in place, so you're not strategising from zero.)
REQUIREMENTS
— 1–2 years shooting and editing, or a portfolio that proves you can — even without the years.
— You own a camera and know your way around editing tools.
— A real eye for colour, framing, and mood — we'll care more about your taste than your gear.
