Job Description – Reservations Supervisor

Department: Central Reservations
Reports To: Reservations Manager

Job Purpose:
To supervise the Central Reservations team, ensure smooth reservation operations, provide excellent guest service, and support the hotel in achieving room revenue and occupancy targets.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and support the Reservations team on daily operations.
Handle room reservations, amendments, cancellations, and guest requests.
Ensure all reservations are entered accurately in the system.
Monitor room availability and rates.
Support upselling and revenue generation.
Handle guest queries and resolve reservation-related issues.
Coordinate with Front Office, Sales, Revenue, and other departments.
Check reservation reports and follow up on discrepancies.
Train and guide team members on procedures and service standards.
Monitor team performance and ensure targets are achieved.




Ensure timely response to calls and emails.
Follow hotel policies, SOPs, and service standards.

Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or related field.
3–5 years of hotel reservations experience.
Previous supervisory/team-lead experience preferred.
Valuable communication and customer-service skills.
Good knowledge of PMS/CRS and MS Office.
Robust team-handling and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
