We are hiring a Visa Filing Officer to handle visa application documentation and filing processes. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, organized, and have good communication skills. Candidates with experience in immigration or visa processing will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end visa application filing and documentation.
Collect, verify, and organize client documents as per visa requirements.
Prepare and review visa application forms and supporting documents.
Ensure all documents are complete, accurate, and properly arranged before submission.
Coordinate with clients to obtain required documents and information.
Maintain updated records of client applications and case status.
Follow up with clients regarding pending documents and requirements.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth and timely application processing.
Keep track of application deadlines, appointments, and submission requirements.
Maintain confidentiality and accuracy while handling client documents.
Candidate Requirements
6 months to 2 years of experience in visa filing, immigration, documentation, or a related field.
Freshers with strong communication skills and willingness to learn can also apply.
Valuable knowledge of MS Office and basic computer applications.
Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills.
Strong communication and client-handling skills.
Valuable organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple applications.
Immigration/visa processing experience will be an advantage.
