About the Role

International Reliability Services (IRS) (India) is looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Accounts Manager to lead our day-to-day accounting, payroll, and statutory tax operations in India. Key Responsibilities
Core Accounting: Manage complete day-to-day bookkeeping (Tally/Zoho), AP/AR, bank reconciliations, and monthly financial reporting (P&L;, Balance Sheet).
Payroll Processing: Oversee end-to-end monthly payroll for India staff, including salary computations, reimbursements, and Form 16 issuance.
Statutory Compliance: Handle timely calculation, filing, and reconciliation for GST, TDS, EPF, ESI,



and Qualified Tax.
Audit & Tax Support: Assist external auditors and tax consultants with annual statutory audits, ROC filings, and income tax assessments.

What We’re Looking For
Education: B.Com / M.Com / Inter-CA / Inter-CMA / MBA Finance.
Experience: 5–10 years handling complete India-only accounting and statutory compliance.
Technical Skills: Advanced Tally Prime, MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), and active experience with Income Tax, GST, EPFO, and ESIC portals.
Solid organizational skills, high accuracy, and strict adherence to statutory deadlines.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
