Key Responsibilities
Receive, inspect, and maintain materials received at the store.
Maintain proper records of stock, material receipts, and issues.
Issue materials to site teams as per approved requirements.
Monitor stock levels and prepare material requisitions when required.
Maintain proper storage and organization of materials.
Coordinate with the Purchase, Accounts, and Site Teams.
Conduct regular physical stock verification.
Prepare daily/weekly stock reports and maintain documentation.
Ensure proper handling and protected storage of materials.
Track material movement between the office, store, and project sites.
