Key Responsibilities
Market bench consultants (H1B, OPT, GC, USC) to US vendors, implementation partners, and direct clients.
Identify and source recent job requirements through staffing networks and job portals.
Share consultant profiles, coordinate interviews, negotiate rates, and close placements.
Manage the complete sales cycle from requirement sourcing to placement closure.
Build and maintain solid relationships with consultants, vendors, and clients.
Maintain daily and weekly reports on submissions, interviews, and placements.
Coordinate onboarding and ensure compliance with US staffing processes.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
Willingness to work in a US night-shift schedule.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
