What you’ll do:

Responsible for supporting hardware and software asset management, software licensing, contract administration, vendor onboarding, invoice reconciliation, reporting, and documentation to ensure operational efficiency and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Hardware Asset Management (HAM)
Process asset update, buyout, disposal, and contract expiry/EOL tickets.
Maintain accurate asset records and lifecycle tracking.

Software Asset Management (SAM)
Manage software requests and licenses for Microsoft Visio, Project, Power BI, and Adobe products.
Ensure license compliance and record accuracy.

Contract & Vendor Management
Support contract administration for key suppliers (e.g., HCL, TCS).
Coordinate vendor onboarding activities and documentation.

Financial & Data Management
Perform HAM/EAM invoice reconciliation and PO quantity validation.




Consolidate DevOps data and prepare operational reports.

Documentation & Process Support
Maintain process documentation, SOPs, and audit-ready records.
Identify and support process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:
