Provide direct nursing care to patients as per treatment plan.
Monitor and record vital signs (BP, pulse, temperature, respiration).
Assist doctors during rounds and procedures.
Administer medications and IV fluids as prescribed.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
Prepare patients for procedures, surgeries, and diagnostic tests.
Perform wound dressing, injections, catheterization, and other nursing procedures.
Observe and report any changes in patient condition immediately.
Ensure infection control practices are strictly followed.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the ward.
Ensure proper use and maintenance of medical equipment.
Check emergency equipment and crash cart readiness.
Coordinate with housekeeping and biomedical departments.
Job Types: Full time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
