About the Role

SV Hitech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Inside Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in inside sales, IndiaMART handling, customer follow-ups, and DTP designing, along with good knowledge of CorelDRAW.

Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming sales enquiries and leads through IndiaMART and other channels.
Respond to customer enquiries, understand their requirements, and provide suitable product information.
Follow up with leads regularly through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
Prepare and share quotations with customers and coordinate with the sales team for order conversion.
Maintain proper records of enquiries, follow-ups, quotations, and sales activities.
Handle DTP designing and basic artwork requirements using CorelDRAW.
Create and modify product-related designs, layouts, labels, brochures, or other marketing materials as required.
Coordinate with customers to understand design changes and ensure timely completion.




Build and maintain good relationships with existing and potential customers.
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

Required Skills
Positive communication and convincing skills.
Experience in Inside Sales / Telecalling / Lead Management preferred.
Hands-on experience in IndiaMART lead handling is an advantage.
Valuable knowledge of CorelDRAW and DTP designing.
Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office.
Ability to manage multiple customer enquiries and follow-ups.
Target-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn.
Freshers with relevant CorelDRAW/DTP skills and good communication may also apply.
