Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Analyst with 3–4 years of relevant experience and an MS OR M. Pharm (Pharmacology Or Pharmaceutics) to support operational and team-based activities. The role involves team management, task planning, task review, and coordination of deliverables, while ensuring quality, timelines, and compliance with organizational standards. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, leadership capabilities, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced workplace.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day team activities and ensure smooth workflow execution
Plan, allocate, and track tasks across team members based on priorities and deadlines
Review completed tasks for quality, accuracy, and compliance with defined standards
Monitor team performance and provide guidance to improve productivity and efficiency
Support process planning and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Prepare status updates, reports,



and summaries for management review
Ensure timely completion of deliverables while maintaining high quality standards
Assist in resolving operational challenges and escalations within the team
Maintain proper documentation of tasks, reviews, and team outputs

Preferred Skills:
Experience in team handling or mentoring junior team members
Exposure to process improvement or workflow management
Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders
Robust attention to detail and quality-focused approach
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work within deadlines
Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Strong understanding of task planning, review processes, and team coordination

Pay: Up to ₹700,000.00 per year
