Job Description
We are looking for a Trainee Supervisor to assist with interior site activities and coordinate with workers and the factory team.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in supervising daily site activities.
Coordinate with workers and factory teams.
Monitor work progress and site requirements.
Assist with material checking and measurements.
Follow up on material delivery and installation.
Report site progress and issues to the Project Manager.
Ensure proper quality, finishing, and housekeeping.
Requirements
Around 6 months of experience in interior/site work.
Basic knowledge of interior works is sufficient.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
Willingness to learn and take responsibility.
Ability to travel to project sites when required.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
