Job Description – Maintenance Technician (Electrician & Plumbing)
Position: Maintenance Technician (Electrician & Plumbing)
Key Responsibilities:

Handle day-to-day MEP maintenance operations
Electrical, plumbing, HVAC and basic mechanical maintenance
Preventive and breakdown maintenance
Coordinate with external vendors and service providers
Ensure smooth functioning of all engineering systems
Maintain maintenance records and follow safety standards
Attend to maintenance issues promptly across the outlet
Requirements:
ITI/Diploma in Electrician, Plumbing, or a related trade.
2–5 years of maintenance experience, preferably in restaurants, hotels, or hospitality.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,916.78 per month
