Department - Operations (Bangalore) 2 wheelers

We are looking for an experienced Spare Parts Manager who can effectively manage multi-brand spare parts inventory, optimize stock levels, control dead stock, and manage vendor relationships to ensure timely availability of parts across operations.

The ideal candidate should have experience in fleet management, supply chain, multi-brand service centres, refurbishment operations, or a similar automotive setting.

Key Responsibilities
Manage multi-brand spare parts inventory across locations and ensure optimum stock availability.
Monitor stock levels, consumption, ageing, slow-moving and non-moving inventory.
Identify and control dead stock and develop strategies for liquidation/redeployment to minimize inventory holding costs.
Ensure accurate inventory planning, forecasting, replenishment and stock movement.

Preferred Background

Candidates from any of the following backgrounds would be preferred:
Fleet Management / Mobility companies with experience in Supply Chain, Procurement or Spare Parts.
Multi-brand automotive service centres.
Vehicle refurbishment / reconditioning operations.
Automotive spare parts distribution or aftermarket businesses.
Companies managing large-scale multi-brand vehicle inventory and service operations.





Candidates from companies such as DriveX, CARS24, BikePoint and similar fleet/mobility, automotive service or refurbishment organisations may be considered.

Experience & Qualifications
Experience: 4–8 years in spare parts, automotive inventory, supply chain, procurement or fleet operations.
Education: Graduate degree in any discipline; specialization in Supply Chain, Operations or Automotive Management will be an added advantage.
Candidates with hands-on experience managing inventory across multiple locations will be preferred.

A hands-on qualified who can bring structure to spare parts inventory, reduce dead stock, improve vendor performance and ensure the right part is available at the right time and cost.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
