Is a Bangalore based experiential marketing and event management company specializing in mall activations, décor installations, and brand engagement events across India. Founded in 2015, the company has successfully executed 5000+ projects for 150+ brands, creating cutting-edge experiences that drive customer engagement and footfalls.

We are looking for a proactive Senior Executive – Client Servicing / Operations to manage client communication and coordinate projects from brief to execution. The role sits at the heart of our client accounts — acting as the primary point of contact and ensuring every project moves smoothly from the first brief to post-event closure.

Key Responsibilities
Manage client relationships and daily communication.
Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams.
Track projects, timelines, approvals, and deliverables.
Coordinate with Creative, Production, Accounts, vendors, and clients.
Support proposals, presentations, meetings, and site visits.
Ensure timely follow-ups and smooth project execution.




Maintain project records and support post-event feedback.
Use AI tools and digital resources for concept development, research, presentations, and day-to-day work.

Requirements
3–6 years of experience in client servicing, operations, events, or experiential marketing.
Solid communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Valuable knowledge of MS Office or Google Workspace.
Experience in events, branding, mall décor, or BTL marketing is preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
