Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets for eggs in the assigned territory.
Develop and maintain relationships with retailers, grocery stores, supermarkets, egg dealers and distributors.
Identify and onboard current retail outlets to increase market coverage.
Conduct regular market visits and ensure availability and visibility of products at retail outlets.
Generate orders from retailers and distributors and coordinate with the distribution team for timely delivery.
Monitor market demand, competitor activities, pricing and promotional schemes.
Ensure proper implementation of company-approved pricing, discounts and promotional offers.
Develop the company's retail distribution network and increase outlet penetration.
Maintain regular contact with existing customers and resolve their sales/service-related issues.
Follow up on outstanding payments/collections from customers as per company policy.




Track sales, collections, recent outlets and other territory-wise performance through regular reports.
Coordinate with the warehouse, dispatch and logistics teams to ensure adequate product availability.
Monitor product movement and minimize stock ageing, wastage and returns.
Collect market feedback regarding product quality, packaging, pricing and customer preferences.
Prepare daily visit reports, sales reports, collection reports and other MIS as required.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
