Maintain day-to-day books of accounts, including general ledgers, journals, cash books, and petty cash.
Process vendor invoices, monitor payments, employee claims, and expense reimbursements.
Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.
Perform regular bank reconciliations and resolve any transaction discrepancies.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (profit & loss, balance sheets).
Generate MIS reports and assist management with financial data analysis.
Support budgeting, cost control, and financial forecasting activities.
Ensure accurate computation and timely deposit of statutory dues like GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and Income Tax.
Prepare and submit statutory returns and tax filings.
Implement internal financial controls to safeguard company assets.
