Job Brief

We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Hotel Sales Manager to join our hospitality team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue by securing corporate bookings, group travel, conferences, and special events. You will act as the face of our hotel, building long-term relationships with clients, travel planners, and local businesses to maximize occupancy and revenue.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Outreach: Actively prospect and qualify recent business leads through cold calling, networking, and industry events.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong partnerships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and event planners to secure repeat business.
Property Tours & Pitches: Conduct skilled on-site tours of our rooms, meeting spaces, and amenities, tailoring pitches to meet client needs.
Contract Negotiation: Draft, negotiate, and close group booking contracts and event agreements while maximizing profitability.
Collaboration: Partner closely with the Revenue Management, Front Office, and Food & Beverage teams to ensure seamless execution of group arrivals and events.
Market Analysis: Monitor local market trends, competitor pricing,



and industry shifts to identify new revenue opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience: 2–5 years of proven experience in sales, preferably within the hospitality, tourism, or event management industry.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a natural ability to connect with diverse clients.
Technical Savvy: Proficiency with Hotel CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Delphi, or Opera PMS) and Microsoft Office.
Negotiation: Strong closing and contract negotiation skills with a deep understanding of hospitality revenue metrics.
Attributes: Self-motivated, highly organized, resilient, and capable of working under pressure to meet monthly or quarterly targets.
