Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced and responsible Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, ensure smooth workflow, manage teams, and maintain high standards of productivity and service quality.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and monitor daily operational activities.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.
Supervise team performance, attendance, and productivity.
Handle client communication, follow-ups, and operational requirements.
Prepare and maintain operational reports, records, and documentation.
Identify operational issues and ensure timely resolution.
Ensure effective communication between management and team members.
Requirements
3–5 years of experience in Operations, Administration, Team Management, or a related role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Robust leadership and team-management abilities.
Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting/documentation.
Comfortable working in rotational shifts between 6:00 AM and 10:00 PM.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
