We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team. The candidate will assist in recruitment, employee onboarding, HR documentation, and daily HR operations while gaining practical industry experience.
Responsibilities
Source and screen candidates from job portals.
Schedule and coordinate interviews.
Assist with onboarding and employee documentation.
Maintain HR records and databases.
Support attendance and leave management.
Help organize employee engagement activities.
Perform general HR administrative tasks.
Requirements
Pursuing or recently completed MBA (HR), BBA, B.Com, BA, or related field.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Sheets.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment.
