Key Responsibilities

System Design & Architecture
Design scalable and maintainable SCADA architectures using AVEVA System Platform
Develop object-based architecture, templates, and standards
Define system topology, redundancy, and data flow

Development & Implementation
Configure InTouch HMI applications
Develop graphics aligned with ISA 101 guidelines
Implement alarm management strategy (priority, classification, suppression)
Configure AVEVA Historian for data collection, optimization, and reporting
Develop scripts (QuickScript / .NET) for automation logic

Integration
Integrate SCADA with Siemens and Rockwell PLCs
Configure communication through OPC, DA/UA, Modbus TCP, Ethernet/IP
Implement MES / ERP integration and database connectivity (SQL)

Project Execution & Leadership
Lead SCADA project execution from design to commissioning
Coordinate with engineering, operations, and IT teams
Ensure project timelines, quality, and documentation standards

Support & Troubleshooting
Diagnose and resolve system issues (communication, data errors, performance)
Monitor system health, optimize performance, and ensure uptime
Support production systems and continuous improvements

Mandatory Skills




Strong hands-on experience in:

o AVEVA System Platform (Application Server, Galaxy Repository)
o InTouch HMI (Modern / Classic)
o AVEVA Historian
Proven experience in SCADA architecture and deployment
Integration experience with Siemens / Rockwell PLCs
Solid knowledge of industrial protocols
SQL/database experience
Solid debugging and troubleshooting skillset
