Sanskriti Youth Foundation is an NGO dedicated to empowering youth through community-driven programs and initiatives. We're looking for a passionate Project Lead to help us drive meaningful impact.
What You'll Do
Plan, execute, and monitor NGO projects from start to finish
Coordinate with volunteers, partners, and stakeholders
Track project timelines, budgets, and deliverables
Represent the foundation at community events and meetings
Prepare reports and updates for leadership and donors
Support fundraising and outreach efforts
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Management, or related field
0–2 years of experience in project coordination (NGO experience a plus)
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Passion for youth development and community service
Based in or willing to work from Agra (hybrid setup)
