Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and motivated Field Sales Executive – Fresher to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for meeting potential customers, generating leads, promoting company products/services, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Visit potential and existing customers to promote company products/services.
Generate new leads through field visits, referrals, and other sales activities.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and offers to customers.
Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into sales.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.




Coordinate with the internal sales/support team for order processing and customer service.
Collect market feedback and monitor competitor activities.
Submit regular sales and field visit reports to the reporting manager.

Eligibility
Any Graduate / Diploma holder can apply.
Freshers are welcome.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/mobile applications.
Willingness to travel within the assigned area.
Candidates with a valid two-wheeler and driving licence will be preferred.
