About the Role:

Sun Chem India is a leading cosmetics and personal care manufacturing company with 30+ years of expertise in formulations, product development, and innovative beauty solutions.
We are looking for an experienced Plant Head to manage overall manufacturing operations and ensure productive production, quality, GMP compliance, cost control, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Manage overall plant operations and production activities.
Plan and achieve daily/monthly production targets and delivery timelines.
Ensure compliance with GMP, SOPs, ISO, safety, and regulatory standards.
Oversee Production, QA/QC, Maintenance, Stores, Warehouse, and Planning.
Drive cost optimization, productivity, wastage reduction, and process improvement.
Monitor plant KPIs, machine utilization, downtime, and overall efficiency.
Lead and develop plant teams, ensuring discipline, productivity, and accountability.
Handle audits, operational issues, CAPA,



and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Engineering, or related field.
8+ years of manufacturing experience with robust plant operations exposure.
Experience in Cosmetics, Personal Care, FMCG, Pharma, or Chemical Manufacturing preferred.
Solid knowledge of GMP, ISO, production planning, quality, and plant management.
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and team-management skills.

Location: Kolgaon, Palghar

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
