Provide nursing care to patients in their homes according to the prescribed care plan.
Monitor vital signs and assess the patient's overall health condition.
Administer medications, injections, IV therapy, and wound care as prescribed.
Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, feeding, and mobility, when required.
Maintain accurate nursing documentation and patient records.
Educate patients and family members on disease management, medication, and home care practices.
Identify changes in the patient's condition and promptly report them to the physician or care coordinator.

Qualifications:
GNM or B.Sc. Nursing with a valid Nursing Council registration.
1–3 years of clinical or homecare nursing experience (preferred).
Valuable clinical assessment and patient care skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel to patients' homes and work versatile shifts.

Pay: ₹10,086.00 - ₹45,020.82 per month
