Job Title: Customer Support Associate (International Voice)

Role Overview

We are hiring a Customer Support Associate to assist our registered members across North America and Europe. This is a low-stress, quality-focused position with a capped daily member volume and fixed working hours.

Key Responsibilities
Support members from the United States, United Kingdom, and Canada via voice calls, E-mail and WhatsApp.
Maintain a steady, manageable workload with zero back-to-back calling pressure.
Focus on resolution quality, member satisfaction, and explicit communication rather than speed metrics.
Coordinate basic escalations with internal teams when specialized assistance is required.

Requirements
Experience: Minimum 2 to 3 years of proven experience in an international BPO (voice or blended process).
Fluent English Communication: Flawless verbal and written English skills are mandatory to interact smoothly with native English-speaking international members over calls and chat.
Explicit verbal articulation, professional phone etiquette, and active listening skills.
Education:



Minimum 12th Pass (HSC) or equivalent qualification accepted.

Work Schedule
Fixed Shifts: Set working hours with zero rotational or split shifts.
Work Week: 5 days a week with 2 fixed, split days off.
No Forced Overtime: Log off strictly when your scheduled shift ends.

Compensation & Financial Reliability
Salary: ₹35,000 to ₹40,000 per month (commensurate with experience).
Performance Incentives: Opportunity to earn an additional ₹15,000 to ₹30,000 per month in performance bonuses for above-average performance.
Guaranteed On-Time Credit: Salary is strictly credited on or before the 31st of every month without delays.
Health Coverage: Medical insurance cover up to ₹5,00,000 (5 Lakh) with free medical benefits included.
