Project Management Intern
Location: Bangalore

About the Role
We're looking for a Project Management Intern to support the smooth execution of client campaigns and internal workflows across our marketing and creative teams. You'll work closely with account managers, strategists, and creative teams to keep projects on track, organized, and delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in planning, scheduling, and tracking timelines for client campaigns (SEO, paid media, content, creative)
Coordinate between internal teams (strategy, creative, content, tech) to ensure deliverables stay on schedule
Maintain project trackers, task boards, and status reports (e.g., Notion, Trello, Asana, Google Sheets)
Support in preparing client-facing decks, status updates, and meeting notes
Help identify bottlenecks and flag risks to deadlines or scope early
Coordinate approvals, feedback loops, and revisions between clients and internal teams
Support onboarding of current projects/clients — gathering briefs, requirements, and access
Assist with resource allocation and workload tracking across the team





Requirements
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable managing multiple tasks/projects simultaneously
Valuable written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with tools like Google Workspace/MS Office; familiarity with project management tools (Trello, Asana, Notion, ClickUp) is a plus
Prior internship experience in an agency, startup, or client-facing role is a plus but not mandatory
Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a quick-paced environment
