Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced RCC Billing & Estimation Engineer with strong expertise in quantity estimation, billing processes, and reconciliation for RCC projects. The candidate should have in-depth technical knowledge and hands-on experience in managing project billing cycles efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Preparation and verification of RCC Billing (Client & Contractor Billing)
Detailed Quantity Estimation and rate analysis
Preparation and checking of BBS (Bar Bending Schedule)
Measurement of work executed at site
Material reconciliation and consumption analysis
Coordination with site engineers and project teams for billing inputs
Preparation of RA bills and final bills
Ensuring accuracy in BOQs and contract documentation
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of RCC structures and civil drawings
Expertise in Estimation, Billing, BBS & Reconciliation
Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel
Valuable understanding of contracts and BOQ analysis
Robust analytical and documentation skills
Qualification
BE Civil (Mandatory)
Candidate Profile
8–10 years of relevant experience in RCC billing and estimation
Ability to handle billing independently
Strong coordination and communication skills
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
