About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Stores Incharge / Senior Stores Executive to manage day-to-day stores operations for our E-Bike assembly facility in Mumbai. The person will handle material receiving, storage, inventory control, material issue to production, and accurate stores records.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage daily stores and warehouse activities for E-Bike assembly operations.

· Receive, count, inspect and properly store incoming materials, components and spare parts.

· Maintain accurate stock records and ensure physical stock matches records.

· Issue materials to the production/assembly team as per approved requirements.

· Monitor minimum stock levels and coordinate timely replenishment with Purchase/Management.

· Conduct regular stock verification and support periodic physical stock audits.

· Maintain proper identification, labelling and systematic storage of materials.

· Prepare and maintain GRN, material issue, stock transfer and other stores documents.

· Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Quality and Accounts teams for material-related issues.

· Ensure proper housekeeping, safety and discipline within the stores area.





· Maintain records for slow-moving, damaged, rejected and excess materials.

· Prepare basic daily/weekly stock and stores reports for management.

Requirements

· Graduate / Diploma preferred; candidates with relevant stores experience may also be considered.

· 4–6 years of experience in Stores / Warehouse, preferably in automotive, EV, manufacturing or assembly.

· Positive knowledge of inventory management and material handling.

· Basic to positive knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.

· Experience with ERP / inventory software will be an advantage.

· Good communication, coordination and team-handling skills.

· Should be organized, responsible and comfortable working in a manufacturing environment.

Preferred Experience

Experience handling automotive/EV components, batteries, chargers, electrical parts, or assembly-line materials will be preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
