CRM Executive – Studio WE Weddings
Respond to new client enquiries through WhatsApp, calls, and email.
Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
Maintain accurate client details, event dates, packages, and payment records.
Coordinate with clients before and after shoots or wedding events.
Send quotations, invoices, reminders, and delivery updates.
Track pending payments, approvals, and client requirements.
Work closely with the photography and editing teams for smooth coordination.
Ensure every client receives a warm, skilled Studio WE Weddings experience.
Prior CRM, sales, customer service, or wedding-industry experience is preferred.
Strong communication, organisation, and follow-up skills are essential.
