Startopreneur360 is India's Full-Stack Venture Studio. We don't fund startups. We build them, finance them, and validate them. We work across three engines: Build (venture studio), Capitalise (advisory & fundraising), and De-Risk (diagnostics). This role sits at the centre of our investor and capital ecosystem across all three.

The Role

You'll be SP360's dedicated relationship owner across its full investor and capital network — not limited to a single fund or round. This spans angel/HNI relationships, AIF and ecosystem partners, and the broader network SP360 draws on across all three engines.

What You'll Do
Own and nurture relationships with angel investors, HNIs, family offices, and AIF partners.
Serve as the primary point of contact for investor queries, updates, and onboarding.
Maintain a live investor pipeline/CRM tracker; coordinate meetings, scheduling, and follow-ups.
Support active fundraising mandates end-to-end through to close.
Coordinate with ecosystem partners — research parks,



global investor forums, diaspora networks.
Use AI tools to support pipeline management, meeting preparation, and follow-up execution.

What We're Looking For
Graduate/postgraduate in Finance, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred, not mandatory).
2+ years in relationship management, investor relations, or business development — banking, wealth management, VC/PE, or startup fundraising backgrounds preferred.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills; comfortable engaging HNIs and institutional investors directly.
Working understanding of cap tables, term sheets, and SHAs (training provided).
Highly organized, CRM-literate, robust follow-through.

What We Offer
₹4,00,000 – ₹5,00,000 fixed CTC, plus a performance-linked incentive component.
Direct access to SP360's investor and ecosystem network - high-visibility, founder-facing role.
Initial 2-month probation period, standard across full-time SP360 roles.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
