Job Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day banquet operations.
Handle weddings, parties, corporate events, and other functions.
Coordinate with clients regarding event requirements.
Supervise banquet staff and allocate duties.
Ensure proper setup, service, and closing of events.
Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments.
Handle guest complaints and resolve issues quickly.
Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards are followed.
Requirements
3–5 years of experience in banquet operations.
Hotel management/hospitality experience preferred.
Good communication and leadership skills.
Ability to handle multiple events.
Experience in weddings and large functions is an advantage.
Willing to work weekends and adaptable schedule.
