Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Tele Sales Executive to handle customer interactions and sales activities for loan products. The candidate will be responsible for generating and following up on leads, understanding customer requirements, and supporting the sales process through disbursement.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate sales leads.
Understand customer financial requirements and recommend suitable loan products.
Qualify leads and explain relevant product features and eligibility criteria.
Coordinate with customers for required documentation and follow-ups.
Update and maintain customer information in the CRM.
Follow up with customers throughout the loan processing cycle.
Generate referrals and identify cross-selling prospects.
Coordinate with the operations team until loan disbursement.
Work toward assigned sales and performance targets.
Relevant Experience
Candidates with experience in selling or handling the following loan products are preferred:
Business Loans
Loan Against Property (LAP)
Home Loans
Personal Loans
Working Capital Loans
Overdraft Facilities
Candidate Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in loan sales.
Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
Experience in outbound calling and lead generation.
Basic knowledge of loan products and sales processes.
Comfortable working with sales targets and CRM systems.
