We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Mathematics Teacher to teach students from Grades 5 to 7. The teacher will be responsible for delivering engaging mathematics lessons, building strong conceptual understanding, and supporting students in their academic development.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver effective Mathematics lessons for Grades 5 to 7.
Explain mathematical concepts in a simple, explicit, and engaging manner.
Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, and assessments.
Conduct regular tests and evaluate students' academic progress.
Identify students' learning gaps and provide appropriate support.
Encourage problem-solving, logical thinking, and practical application of Mathematics.
Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance.
Communicate with parents regarding students' progress when required.
Maintain a positive, disciplined, and inclusive classroom workplace.
Participate in school activities, meetings, and career development programs.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field.
Relevant teaching qualification/certification preferred.
Robust knowledge of Mathematics concepts for Grades 5 to 7.
