Location: Khed City, Pune
Experience: 5–7 Years
Qualification: B.E. / B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering
Industry Preference: Automobile Manufacturing
Role Overview - Supervise

shift-wise production activities on the shop floor, ensuring production targets, manpower utilization, quality, safety, and smooth operations are achievedKey Responsibilities
Manage daily production and shift targets.
Allocate and handle manpower effectively.
Monitor Welding, Stamping & Seating operations.
Ensure quality, safety, 5S and production standards.
Monitor machine utilization and production losses.
Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, PPC and other teams.
Maintain shift reports and resolve production issues.

Preferred Skills

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
