Role Overview

A senior leadership prospect to build and scale an international formulations business for regulated markets. This role involves working directly with senior management, shaping product portfolios, and driving global partnerships across diverse geographies.

Key Responsibilities
Global pipeline management: Oversee finished dosage pipelines with CRO/CMO partners across regulated markets (USA, Europe, Japan, Brazil, Russia, China, Korea, Australia, UK, Canada).
Portfolio strategy: Evaluate scientific and commercial logic for product entry, including late‑entrant strategies.
Business development: Source, evaluate, and close in‑licensing and asset acquisition opportunities.
Partner management: Build durable relationships with CMO partners and ensure project execution.
Commercial structuring: Work with costing, CCPC, and profit‑sharing models to ensure fair partnerships.




Market intelligence: Conduct competitor analysis and track emerging trends.
Lifecycle and IP: Manage dosage extensions and IP filings to create long‑term value.
Negotiation support: Assist in commercial negotiations and supply agreements.
Team building: Recruit and develop talent to scale the platform.

Candidate Profile
Proven track record in international formulations marketing/business development for regulated markets.
Hands‑on exposure to in‑licensing deals — sourcing, evaluating, and closing.
Solid technical grounding in dossiers and regulatory documentation.
Excellent communication skills in English.
Cooperative operator with ability to lead and support.
Comfortable working directly with senior management.
Talent developer with long‑term commitment to mastery and growth.

Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹5,000,000.00 per year
