We are looking for a responsible, experienced, and result-oriented Manager to oversee daily operations, manage employees, achieve business targets, and ensure smooth and efficient functioning of the organization. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, communication, decision-making, and team management skills.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and supervise day-to-day business operations.
Lead, guide, and monitor employees to ensure effective performance.
Allocate tasks and responsibilities to team members and follow up on completion.
Set team targets and monitor progress toward achieving business goals.
Develop and implement strategies to improve sales, productivity, and overall performance.
Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth workflow.
Monitor employee attendance, discipline, performance, and productivity.
Handle customer issues, employee concerns, and operational challenges effectively.
Conduct regular team meetings and provide necessary guidance and motivation.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports to Management.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and instructions.




Identify operational problems and take appropriate corrective actions.
Support recruitment, training, onboarding, and development of employees when required.
Maintain proper records, documents, and operational reports.
Build a positive and productive working environment within the team.
Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Management.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a relevant field.
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
Target-oriented, disciplined, and responsible approach to work.
Valuable knowledge of MS Office and basic reporting tools.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
