We are looking for a skilled and motivated Commis 1 – Mughlai Cuisine to join our kitchen team at Darbar-E-Khas. The ideal candidate should have positive knowledge of authentic Mughlai cuisine, strong basic culinary skills, and the ability to maintain consistent food quality, hygiene, and presentation.
Required Skills & Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in Mughlai / North Indian cuisine.
Good knowledge of Mughlai cooking techniques and ingredients.
Knowledge of kebabs, biryani, rich gravies and traditional Mughlai preparations.
Good understanding of food hygiene and safety standards.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Good teamwork and communication skills.
Punctual, disciplined and willing to learn.
Preferred Candidate
Candidates with experience in Hotels, Restaurants,
Banquet Kitchens or Fine-Dining establishments will be preferred.
