Responsibilities
Order Management: Process and manage customer orders efficiently, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
Coordination: Coordinate with the production teams teams to ensure smooth order execution.
Costing / Pricing.
Reports: Generate business reports such as Product wise, Customer wise analysis report, Sales Weekly Reports, Open Order Grid Status, MIS report, PIW & Spec-sheet etc.
Customer Communication: Address customer queries and resolve issues through e-mails.

Qualifications
Jewellery Industry experience is a must.
Knowledge of EMR (Emperor) Software is must
Solid MS Excel skills (advanced)
Positive in oral & written communication

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:
EMR (Emperor) Software: 2 years (Preferred)
Jewellery Industry: 2 years (Required)
