Job Overview

We are seeking a diligent and resourceful Procurement Specialist to manage the sourcing, negotiation, and purchase of products for our company. This role involves coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality procurement that meets our business needs.

Key Responsibilities
Sourcing Suppliers: Research and evaluate potential suppliers, assessing quality, reliability, and price competitiveness.
Supplier Management: Build and maintain solid relationships with existing suppliers, negotiating terms and monitoring performance to ensure compliance with company standards.
Inventory Coordination: Work with inventory and logistics teams to maintain optimal stock levels and avoid shortages.
Order Placement and Tracking: Process purchase orders, track shipments, and follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
Cost Optimization: Negotiate contracts and seek cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
Quality Control: Inspect incoming products as needed and resolve any quality issues in coordination with suppliers.
Market Research: Stay up-to-date on market trends, current product offerings, and competitor pricing to inform procurement strategies.




Reporting and Analysis: Track procurement data, prepare reports on spending, lead times, and supplier performance, and identify improvement opportunities.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
Previous experience in procurement, supply chain, or purchasing is preferred.
Strong negotiation skills and ability to establish good supplier relationships.
Proficiency in procurement software or ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) is a plus.
Excellent analytical skills, with attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office or Google Workspace applications.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
