Job Description

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced NPD Engineer to handle new product development activities, product documentation, process planning, and coordination with Quality, Production, and other departments.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle Recent Product Development (NPD) activities from development to production.
Prepare and maintain APQP, PPAP, FMEA, DFMEA, Control Plan, and PFD documents.
Create and update Process Flow Diagrams (PFD) and Control Plans.
Identify potential product and process risks using FMEA/DFMEA.
Coordinate with Production, Quality, Purchase, and other departments during product development.
Support trial runs, prototype development, and product validation.
Ensure new products meet customer requirements and quality standards.
Maintain proper NPD-related documentation and records.
Support corrective actions and improvements during product development.

Required Skills & Knowledge:




Good knowledge of PPAP
Valuable knowledge of FMEA / DFMEA
Good knowledge of APQP
Knowledge of Control Plan
Experience in PFD (Process Flow Diagram) creation
Knowledge of New Product Development processes
Good coordination and communication skills
Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office

Educational Qualification:
Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automobile Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.

Experience:
Around 4 years of relevant experience in NPD / New Product Development.

Salary:
₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
