We are looking for a skilled QA Lead with 5+ years of hands-on experience in test automation frameworks and tools. The ideal candidate should have robust automation expertise and be comfortable taking ownership as a QA Lead.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain automation test frameworks and scripts.
Lead QA efforts across projects and releases.
Define and implement automation strategies and best practices.
Review requirements and create automation-ready test plans.
Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders.
Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
Analyze test results and drive defect resolution.
Guide and mentor junior QA team members.
Ensure test coverage, stability, and maintainability of automation suites.
Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and release sign-offs.
Required Skills
Strong hands-on experience in test automation (must-have).
Experience with tools such as:
Selenium / Cypress / Playwright / Appium (any relevant stack)
Proficiency in at least one language:
Java / Python / JavaScript / TypeScript
Experience with API testing automation
Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, etc.)
Good understanding of test frameworks and design patterns.
Experience with version control systems (Git).
Robust debugging and analytical skills.
Ability to lead QA activities independently.
Leadership Expectations
Ability to assign and review QA tasks.
Drive quality metrics and reporting.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams.
Improve QA processes and automation coverage.
Nice to Have
Performance or security testing exposure.
Mobile automation experience.
Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
Cloud testing platform experience (BrowserStack, Sauce Labs, etc.)
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / IT / Engineering or related field.
Pay: ₹686,080.77 - ₹1,809,108.52 per year
