Develop 2D layouts, 3D visualizations, and detailed working drawings.
Prepare Furniture BOQ (Bill of Quantities).
Manage vendors for furniture, fixtures, lighting, décor
Ensure execution within budget & timelines. Negotiate pricing while maintaining quality standards.
Prior experience with premium hostels, co-living, or hospitality is preferred
Coordinate furniture manufacturing and installation.
Material selection - Ensure materials are durable, cost-effective, and suitable for hostel operations.
Prepare snag lists.
