Svaika is looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Executive to join our team in Viman Nagar, Pune.
The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of sales experience, excellent communication skills, confidence in handling customers, and a robust drive to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and follow up on sales leads
Identify and approach potential customers
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services
Convert leads into successful sales
Build and maintain robust customer relationships
Achieve monthly sales targets
Maintain accurate customer and sales records
Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth customer service
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of sales experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Confident and persuasive personality
Strong customer-handling skills
Target-oriented and self-motivated
Ability to work independently as well as in a team

Salary: Starting from ₹30,000/month
Working Hours: 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM
