Job Summary
The Lead Business Analyst will play a key role in business analysis and agile methodology at HCL. They will be responsible for driving and managing business analysis tasks, working closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects within the agile framework.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage business analysis activities within the organization
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements
Develop detailed project documentation including user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria
Work closely with the development team to ensure that business requirements are accurately translated into technical solutions
Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and the project team
Conduct workshops, meetings, and presentations to gather requirements and provide project updates
Utilize agile methodologies to support project delivery and ensure alignment with business goals
Identify areas for process improvement and contribute to the development of best practices in business analysis

Skill Requirements
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst,



preferably in financial services or regulatory-driven environments.
Robust understanding and experience in technology for Corporate Bank product and services including cash management, trade finance, treasury, and lending solutions.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to think abstractly and conceptualize complex process flows and/or requirements whilst demonstrating ownership with the ability to operate in a versatile, dynamic environment where creative and strategic thinking along with quick decision making are required in driving solution, initiatives, and projects.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and hands-on experience with Jira or similar tools.
Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering transformation projects.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
